DVM/MPH dual degree program

In collaboration with the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine offers a DVM/MPH degree program.

The University of Minnesota School of Public Health offers a unique Master of Public Health program for veterinary students.  The majority of the MPH program is offered conveniently on-line and students are required to attend courses on the Twin Cities campus only for two three week sessions during the May term..

Presently there are over 30 MSU DVM students enrolled in the program, and they have found the MPH program to be exciting, challenging, and insightful.

“I love going to the Public Health Institutes. It is an opportinuty to meet and be classmates with many influential individuals in different fields of public health and people with similar goals to yours, and Minneapolis is a great city.”
